Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate shift tasks with site leadership
- Allocate machinery and work areas
- Supervise and mentor underground crews
- Ensure compliance with SWIs and mine plans
- Complete shift reports and timesheets
- Champion safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Qualifications

- NSW Supervisory ticket
- Underground hardrock mining experience
- Relevant licences and certifications
- Manual driver’s licence
- Strong work ethic and safety-first mindse
