About The Role
We are actively searching for 1 Tool Crib Attendant. The Tool Crib Attendant will be responsible for managing and maintaining tool inventory, distributing and inspecting tools, ensuring safe storage of hazardous materials, and keeping the tool crib organized. Supports operational excellence through continuous improvement and collaboration to resolve inefficiencies while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain tool inventory, including receiving, rotating, and keeping accurate records.
- Distribute tools to employees and contractors in a timely and organized manner.
- Inspect tools for damage or wear and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tool crib.
- Order new tools as needed and prepare inventory counts when required.
- Ensure safe storage of hazardous materials, chemicals, and gases according to WHMIS standards.
- Promote operational excellence through continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and collaborating to resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively and consider risk factors such as time, cost, quality, sustainability, and throughput when making decisions.

Salary Range: $70,800-$106,200 + Bonus
