Job Purpose:
Lead and manage all aspects of organizational design for Maaden Aluminum, ensuring optimal structures, role clarity, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role will also incorporate cost analysis and financial modeling to evaluate the impact of design decisions on operational efficiency and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Structure & Operating Model
- Design and maintain organizational structures across the aluminum value chain (Mine, Refinery, Carbon Plant, Reduction, GTC, Casthouse, Rolling Mills).
- Develop governance frameworks and decision-making hierarchies.
2. Job Architecture & Career Pathing
- Create and maintain job families, grading structures, and career paths.
- Ensure alignment with competency frameworks and talent management strategies.
3. Cost Analysis & Financial Modeling
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for restructuring initiatives.
- Model financial impact of workforce changes, spans of control, and layer adjustments.
4. Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders to optimize headcount and resource allocation.
5. Change Management
- Lead change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth transitions.
6. Data & Analytics
- Use advanced analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor organizational health and efficiency.
7. Advisory
- Provide expert recommendations to senior leadership on structural implications of strategic decisions.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of organizational design principles and frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and cost analysis.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
