Maaden High Performance Competencies
DISCIPLINE: Discipline separates the contenders from the champions. It’s the commitment to do what needs to be done, day in, day out. It’s consistency, control and sacrifice. Because greatness doesn’t come from what you do occasionally; it comes from what you do relentlessly
AGILITY: Agility is the explosive ability to change direction, shift momentum and react with accuracy. You are always one step ahead, making movement look effortless, and victory seems inevitable.
COLLABORATION: Collaboration is chemistry that turns a group of individuals into a winning team. Through communication, accountability, and mutual respect, trust in your teammates plays their role and the willingness to sacrifice personal glory for collective success. Collaboration is passing the ball when you could shoot and pushing each other through the final sprint.
CONTINUOUS LEARNING: Continuous learning is the drive to evolve, with every practice, where every setback is a lesson. It’s a hunger to refine technique, absorb feedback and study the game to achieve greatness. Champions don’t settle; they analyze, adapt and improve to turn raw talent into elite performance
PACE: Pace is not just about going fast; it’s about being smart. It keeps you in control, efficient and explosive when it counts.
