Our client, a well-established renewable energy solutions provider in the GCC is seeking an experienced Energy Manager to lead energy performance, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives across multiple projects and client installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise energy consumption across operational sites and client assets
- Conduct energy audits and recommend efficiency measures (solar PV optimization, retrofits, LED upgrades, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to deliver energy projects
- Track system performance, savings, ROI, and prepare technical and management reports
- Ensure compliance with energy regulations and sustainability standards
- Advise clients and internal teams on energy-efficient and renewable energy solutions
- Support carbon reduction, sustainability, and smart energy initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in energy management, renewable energy, or efficiency projects
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, energy audits, and energy efficiency technologies
- Proficient in energy monitoring systems and data analysis
- Strong communication, reporting, and project coordination skills
