Role Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leads career development, learning, and capability building for employees across the Technology and Innovation organization
- Designs and delivers structured learning pathways to support onboarding, skill development, and long-term career progression
Key Responsibilities
- Own Learning and Development for Technology and Innovation
‒ Design and manage learning and development programs for Technology and Innovation roles
‒ Define role-based learning pathways for new hires and existing employees
‒ Ensure learning programs align with current and future capability needs
- Enable Career Development
‒ Ensure new employees are equipped with the skills, tools, and context required to be productive
‒ Support early-career development through targeted training and mentoring frameworks
- Develop Career Pathways and Capability Frameworks
‒ Define career paths, role progression, and competency frameworks across Technology and Innovation roles
‒ Support employees and managers with clear development expectations and growth opportunities
‒ Ensure alignment between learning programs, role requirements, and career progression

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
- 5–10 years’ experience in learning and development or talent development roles
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, or innovation-focused organizations
- Strong ability to design structured learning and career development programs
