Reporting to the Senior Manager HR Process Technology, you will
- Lead functional delivery of cross‑functional initiatives and projects, e.g. mergers, acquisitions that span multiple process streams, ensuring alignment to People Digital strategy and business outcomes.
- Unify the individual end‑to‑end process and product roadmaps to create a cohesive, efficient flow across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring cross‑functional dependencies are identified, sequenced, and resolved to enable integrated design, smooth delivery, and strong adoption
- Partner with the HR Process Technology Manager’s in other process areas to identify and resolve cross‑functional constraints and promote globally standard, simple processes.
- Continuously scan, assess, and champion emerging people technologies that have the potential to transform how we deliver HR services end‑to‑end, encouraging the function to think beyond current platforms and consider new digital capabilities that create step‑change efficiencies and better employee experiences.
- Evaluate processes across the full employee lifecycle to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and scalability using new and innovative technologies, not limited to Workday, ensuring we design for the organisation’s future state.
- Guide the functional adoption and integration of new digital solutions into the broader people-technology ecosystem, ensuring they complement — rather than replicate — existing tools, and create cohesive, future‑ready end‑to‑end processes.
- Define and prioritise clear, business‑led functional requirements to guide IST solutioning and ensure integration design aligns with process needs and user experience expectations.
- Driver cross‑functional process and product standards in partnership with relevant stakeholders within the People Domain and People Function that support consistent ways of working and integrated design principles.
