IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines, is advancing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in the Limpopo Province near Mokopane. This unique mineral deposit will be exploited using large mechanised state-of-the-art underground mining methods, deploying the latest technology to develop this “mine of the future”.
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Business (Finance or Supply Chain) and / or Information Technology degree or diploma.
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
- 5 years working experience with supplier master data, including in depth knowledge on requirements for DMRE reporting from the supplier database.
- Previous experience working with master data program.
- Previous experience working with supplier portals.
- Previous experience with Integrated Information Management System (IIMS)
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Effective managing the Company’s Master Data quality.
- Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and management of data.
- Maintain master data records on Supplier Portal and in JDE to the highest level of accuracy.
- Submission of new supplier document for vetting.
- Ongoing cleaning of database Suppliers, ensuring that all inconsistencies are identified and corrections made to suit acceptable standards.
