Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Geology, Mineral Resources Exploration, or related majors preferred.
2. Holds professional qualifications such as Registered Geologist or equivalent.
3. 5+ years of experience in mine geology and mineral exploration.
4. Familiar with internationally recognized mineral resource reporting standards such as JORC and NI 43-101.
5. Proficient in at least 2–3 mining geology software packages, such as CAD, Surpac, Leapfrog, Datamine, Micromine, etc.
6. Strong report-writing and communication skills; English can be used as a working language.
Responsibilities
1. Participate in annual reviews of geological exploration and production exploration plans, as well as reviews of three-year rolling exploration plans.
2. Manage overseas mine resource models and resource databases.
3. Review mining recovery, dilution, reserve classification, and reconciliation between mining and exploration data; guide mines in improving recovery and reducing dilution.
4. Track exploration progress across projects and guide exploration activities.
5. Collect and analyze geological information from around the world to identify promising exploration projects.
6. Assist relevant departments with due diligence and assessment of overseas mining projects.
7. Supervise and manage mining exploration permits and mining license compliance.
