Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, Business Administration, Procurement Management, or related fields.
2. 10+ years of supply chain management experience in international mining, energy, metals, engineering construction or other large industrial enterprises, including supplier compliance management.
3. Strong knowledge of international supplier management methodologies and supply chain risk management systems.
4. Experienced in supplier due diligence, supplier safety audits, and process management; able to independently conduct on-site supplier audits.
5. Familiar with ESG and responsible sourcing requirements, including the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, ISO 20400 (Sustainable Procurement), ISO 45001, ISO 31000, and related international standards.
6. Strong risk identification, analytical, policy development, and cross-functional communication skills.
7. Able to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
1. Develop supplier safety access standards and codes of conduct.
2. Design supplier safety grading systems and risk databases.
3. Establish supplier safety early-warning, risk monitoring, emergency response, and crisis management mechanisms.
4. Implement supplier safety audits and establish training systems.
