Requirements
1. Must be eligible to obtain a work permit and residence permit in China and work in compliance with Chinese laws and regulations. Candidates must be fluent in English. Additional fluency in French/Spanish/Russian/Serbian preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields. Overseas education preferred.
3. 8+ years of finance experience in large multinational corporations, with strong knowledge of IFRS and extensive practical experience in international taxation, transfer pricing, BEPS, and cross-border capital management.
4. Familiar with the financial, taxation, and business operating practices governing the non-ferrous metals and solid minerals industries.
5. Willing to travel frequently to overseas operations and comply with the company's confidentiality and data security requirements.
Responsibilities
1. International Tax Framework & Risk Management
• Continuously improve the company's international tax governance and internal control framework.
• Monitor tax policies and foreign exchange regulations in countries where overseas projects operate.
• Coordinate with Group tax teams on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing (TP), and BEPS compliance to mitigate international tax risks.
2. Group Financial Control
• Assist Group Finance in standardizing accounting practices across overseas operations.
• Improve overseas CAPEX investment management, project financial control, treasury management, cash pooling, capital allocation, and FX risk management.
• Optimize financial monitoring across overseas operations.
3. Budgeting & Capital Management
• Coordinate annual budgeting and medium-/long-term financial planning for overseas operations.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and capital scheduling.
4. Cost Management
• Establish standardized cost management systems.
• Implement activity-based costing and cost variance analysis to improve cost efficiency and benchmarking.
5. Financial Digitalization
• Lead digital finance initiatives overseas, including financial data governance, management dashboards, SAP implementation, and digital transformation of finance functions.
6. Global Financial Compliance & Governance
• Support overseas M&A and investment projects from a financial perspective.
• Improve financial governance systems, accounting policies, internal controls, SOP implementation, audit coordination, tax planning, financing activities, and financial due diligence.
