Rio Tinto, Serbia in outline deal to move giant lithium project forward

Major miner Rio Tinto and the Serbian government on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding to speed up development of Rio's giant deposit of jadarite, a mineral unique to Serbia that contains lithium.
