Metso improves its wear part supply chain with an acquisition in Czech Republic

Metso Corporation Press release on September 29, 2008 at 02:00 p.m. Metso will acquire PSP Slévárna, a producer of finished machined manganese wear parts located in Prerov, Czech Republic. The sellers are two private persons. The company will be transferred to Metso on October 1, 2008. The parties have mutually agreed that the financial terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
