Stellar Africagold Announces First Closing of Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia – March 17, 2025 – TheNewswire - Stellar AfricaGold Inc. (TSX-V: SPX) ("Stellar" or the "Company") announces the first closing of the non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") announced on February 18, 2025. The Company issued 10,300,000 common shares ("Share") at a price of $0.10 per Share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,030,000.  The proceeds from the Offering will be allocated towards financing exploration efforts at the Company’s advancing gold discovery at the Tichka Est Gold Project in Morocco, the early-stage exploration at the Zuénoula Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire, and for general corporate purposes and working capital.

In accordance with applicable securities laws all Shares are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus one day from the date of issuance.
