(CSE: GFT; OTCQB: GFTFF) (“Grafton” or the “Company”) announces that Michelle Bikic has resigned as a director of the Company. The board of directors would like to thank Ms. Bikic for her work with the Company and wishes her success in her future endeavours.

 

With the resignation of Ms. Bikic as a director of the Company, Mr. Merlin Marr-Johnson has been appointed as a director of the Company.

 

Mr. Marr-Johnson is a graduate in geology from Manchester University and holds a master’s degree in Mineral Deposit Evaluation from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College. He speaks several languages, including Spanish. He is also currently a director and the Chief Executive Officer of Fitzroy Minerals Inc. (TSXV: FTZ)
