All matters outlined in the Management Information Circular dated May 22, 2026 (the "Information Circular") were approved by shareholders. The number of directors was set at three (3), and all director nominees were duly elected to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are duly appointed. The results of the director elections were as follows:

In addition, shareholders voted:

• 99.91% in favour of setting the number of directors at three,
• 99.94% in favour of appointing Smythe LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditors for the ensuing year, and
• 99.71% in favour of authorizing the transaction of other business as described in the Information Circular.
