Mike Madigan, MMTI’s Safety Coordinator takes safety seriously, and works diligently to create the best possible work environment for all employees. “The commitment and efforts of our team has made this possible. Each and every hour of every shift we need to continue working towards zero harm, by recognizing hazards and eliminating them,” he says in his celebratory speech to the staff. “Remember, safety is a way of living, playing, and especially working. Safety is an attitude. In the end safety is really about going home at the end of the day without injury or loss.”
