The Gigantic Shovel Produced First In Russia!
On May 1, 2015, the largest shipment of the front shovel, manufactured by “Professional” was performed. Rock super-reinforced shovel (the jaw and the back wall combined) of 28 m3 capacity was produced for mining excavators Bucyrus RH 340 / Caterpillar 6060. In cooperation with our partner Esco (US), the shovel was fitted with 189-inch cast lip with a new teeth system Nemisys. The total weight of the shovel stands 49800 kg . The shovel was produced by the order of the local Russian enterprise. The shovel will be used in the extraction of iron ore in the republic of Karelia. For today, it is the largest shovel ever produced in Russia.
