Anglo Gold Plans to sell Savuka mining area to Blyvooruitzicht Gold

AngloGold Ashanti confirms that it has offered to sell, some 390,000 square metres of its neighbouring Savuka mining area for a consideration of R35 million, to Blyvooruitzicht Gold Mining Company, subject to the finalization of a binding agreement.
