Another victory: Federal court rules in favor of coal

Score another significant victory for the coalfields of southern West Virginia and neighboring Southwest Virginia. A U.S. District Court judge for the District of Columbia has ruled that the federal Environmental Protection Agency was overreaching its authority under the federal Clean Water Act.
