Hunting announces acquisition of Dearborn Precision Tubular Products Inc for USD83.5m

Energy services company, Hunting PLC has acquired a provider of specialist precision machining services, Dearborn Precision Tubular Products Inc, for a total of USD83.5m cash , the company disclosed on Friday.
