About The Role
We are looking for an
Early Talent Partner to work within the Global Early Talent team, partnering with business stakeholders, universities, graduates and interns, to recruit for Rio Tinto's world-class Early Talent programs.
This role is a great opportunity for a collaborative, creative-thinking individual who is experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering volume recruitment campaigns and projects. Reporting to the Early Talent Regional Specialist, you will
- Recruit the graduate and intern campaigns in APAC including event management, candidate engagement, supporting with interviews, assessment centres, facilitating offers, onboarding preparation and orientation.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders in the APAC region and be the ‘go to’ subject matter expert (SME) on Early Talent.
- Support regional university (education partnership) engagement and other key external stakeholders
- Champion and support with the delivery of the graduate strategy, influencing key stakeholders on focus areas
- Support the Graduate Development program including the delivery of development initiatives in the APAC region
- Identify and implement opportunities using reporting and data insights to drive improvements initiatives
- Working with closely with a coordinator to deliver the volume recruitment activities
What You’ll Bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have
- Talent Acquisition or HR professional with proven experience in supporting and managing multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities, work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
- Volume recruitment experience and use of the MS Office suite/ Power Bi
- Proven experience in running orientation or facilitating program content either virtual or in front of a large audience.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing hard-to-fill roles in a candidate short market using LinkedIn Recruiter, seek talent search or similar candidate databases
- A passion for people and ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
