Nous recherchons un (e) Conseiller (ère) Principal (e), Contrôle de Conformité des Tiers pour renforcer notre programme Éthique & Conformité et gérer les risques liés aux tiers.
Ce rôle implique la réalisation d’analyses approfondies, la production de rapports fiables et la coordination du cadre TPRM en Guinée.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes juridiques, achats et opérationnelles pour assurer la conformité et l’intégrité des affaires.
Poste basé à Conakry, ouvert aux candidats guinéens uniquement avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Senior Manager Ethiques et Conformité, le/la Conseiller (er) Principal aura les responsabilités ci-dessous
- Réaliser des vérifications de diligence raisonnable basées sur les risques concernant les tiers, y compris une analyse approfondie de la propriété et du statut juridique des tiers, ainsi que des recherches et
- Identifier les risques et coordonner l’escalade appropriée de ces résultats vers les interlocuteurs internes et/ou les experts juridiques pour avis complémentaire.
- Fournir des rapports finaux contenant les conclusions pertinentes et des recommandations aux unités opérationnelles.
- Effectuer un contrôle qualité des rapports réalisés par vos collègues et les analystes TPDD.
- Examiner et traiter les alertes générées par le système de surveillance.
- Coordonner la mise en œuvre du cadre TPRM et des normes, en agissant comme point de contact principal pour les parties prenantes en Guinée.
Ce que vous apporterez
- Avoir un diplôme en finance, conformité, audit et/ou gestion des risques ; certifications professionnelles en conformité, gestion des risques ou audit (souhaitées).
- Avoir au moins 5 ans expériences confirmée dans la mise en œuvre de programmes E&C, gestion des risques de conformité, audits et due diligence tiers (TPRM).
- Être bilingue français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit) avec une bonne maitrise de outils informatique.
- Démontrer des compétences comportementales & interpersonnelles Intégrité, transparence, esprit d’équipe, autonomie, sens du détail, capacité à collaborer avec des parties prenantes multi-régionales.
- Avoir une bonne capacité en résolution de problèmes, planification et organisation, communication claire sur des sujets complexes, contrôle qualité des rapports et gestion des alertes systèmes.

About The Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
