HSE Lead - Data Center Projects - Germany
Earthstream Global are looking for an experienced HSE Lead for one of our very well-established clients who are building large Data Center projects across Europe.
As the HSE Lead you will be responsible for leading and managing all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities on a large-scale Data Centre project in Germany. The role ensures compliance with client requirements, local legislation, and company HSE standards while promoting a proactive safety culture across all project phases.
You will work closely with project management, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives to drive continuous improvement in health and safety performance and ensure safe delivery of all construction and commissioning activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline.
- NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in a senior HSE role within construction.
- Previous experience on Data Centre, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience managing subcontractor HSE performance.
- Knowledge of commissioning and energisation safety processes.
