Volta Metals’ (CSE: VLTA) now ranks among the top-tier of North American rare earth explorers with its updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) on its Springer project in Ontario.
The Canadian miner has revealed a 176 million tonne system — a massive increase of 1,248% in Indicated Resources.
Recent drilling revealed a geological breakthrough that is more than an exploration story: it's a resource of national significance, according to CEO Kerem Usenmez.
“We ended up drilling more than twice as much as we planned for because the mineralization was continuing when we wanted to stop the bore hole — that gave us the confidence that it's a much larger system,” Usenmez told MINING.com anchor Rachel Lee.
