UNUSED FLSMIDTH 22′ x 41’6″ (6.7m x 12.7m) Dual Pinion Regrind Ball Mill, 11,000 kW (14,750 HP) ABB Motors with VFD 60hz

FLSMIDTH manufactured 22’-0” x 41’-6” (6.7m x 12.7m) trunnion overflow, dual pinion ball mill designed to process ~16,500 tpd of gold ore concentrate. The ball mill includes feed chute assembly, mill head and shell sections, trunnions, main bearing assemblies, pinion shafts and bearings, mill lubrication subsystems, gear drive components, guards, sole plates, as well as special tools for commissioning and maintenance.
ABB dual pinion low speed synchronous mill drive system including two 5500kW synchronous motors, local maintenance control panel, AC800M controller, ACS6000 MV frequency converter and active rectifier line supply unit, with excitation and converter transformers. Motors and mill application controller are water cooled.
