REPURPOSING USED METSO CONE CRUSHERS
Situation

A US Mining Company identified used Metso Cone Crushers as surplus assets and engaged AM KING for the sales of the crushers.  AM KING inspected and with the OEM conducted a full asset inspection.  AM KING identified a customer who was looking to upgrade their crushers capacity and meet their project timelines and budget.

Solution

Inspections & Audits – AM KING and Metso completed in-depth inspections and audits proving to the customer the condition and scope of supply available for the crushers.  3^rd Party NDT Testing was also completed. 

Sales & Marketing – AM KING worked to identify a customer who could leverage the used crushers for an upcoming project. 

Logistics – AM KING worked with freight forwarder and the customer to load, truck, clean and prepare for sea shipping.  

Result

AM KING successfully delivered the Used Metso Cone Crushers to the customer.  Surplus Mining Process Assets being repurposed saving an estimated 320 tons of carbon emissions and supporting the ESG goals of the mining industry.
