Great Panther restarts Topia, shares up

Great Panther (TSX: GPR, NYSE-A: GPL) has re-started operations at its Topia  silver-gold-lead-zinc mine in Mexico following a suspension last month due to covid-19 cases among the workforce.  According to the company, the plant is expected to begin processing ore on December 21....
