Training Facility in Pinkenba, Brisbane receives Mining Equipment from Anglo American

Australian Mining reports that the equipment used in the recently opened Myne Start (Mastermyne) training facility in Pinkenba, Brisbane, was donated by Anglo American.

Anglo’s head of human resources, David Diamond, said the miner’s has already used Myne Start’s other training facility for its new employee training. “The new Brisbane facility is located lose to the key South East Queensland source market for Anglo American’s Bowen Basin projects and we are proud to have donated the underground mining equipment that will be used to upskill the industry’s future underground experts,” he said.
