China, Vietnam should boost cooperation in critical minerals, foreign minister says

China and Vietnam should advance railway connectivity and strengthen cooperation in fields including agriculture, electricity, finance, critical minerals, and scientific and technological innovation, China’s foreign minister said.

Foreign Minister Wang Yi made the remarks on Tuesday during a meeting with Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son in Hanoi, according to a statement from Wang’s ministry.
