Glencore postpones AGM due to coronavirus
Glencore said on Wednesday it will postpone its annual general meeting (AGM), following the Swiss Federal Council’s orders prohibiting public meetings to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
The commodity miner and trader said it will announce a new date before May-end and might change the location for the AGM, which was scheduled to be held on May 6 in Zug, Switzerland.
