Vale hires Russell Reynolds to advise on CEO selection

Brazilian miner Vale said on Thursday its board had voted to bring on consultancy firm Russell Reynolds to advise on the process of selecting a new chief executive.
Vale intends to announce a new CEO by Dec. 3, and current CEO Eduardo Bartolomeo will stay on through next February to ensure a smooth transition, the company previously said.
