Widows of Pasta de Conchos Mexico mining disaster sue in U.S. District Court

Four years ago today, 65 Mexican miners perished at the Pasta de Conchos coal mine in a powerful methane gas explosion. Three of their widows have sued Grupo Mexico claiming negligence.
