What utter b*llocks.

Zimbabwe needs to get its banana republic in order and start feeding its people and not concern itself with idiocy such as the percentage of women in its mining industry.

If Zimbabwe wants stability it should take guidance from the rising Asian powers who have no regard for such effluent from the dying West.
