Rio Tinto Terminates Employment Of Convicted Staff
Rio Tinto said Monday that in accordance with its company policies, it will terminate the employment of the four Shanghai-based employees convicted of bribery and spying charges, saying in a statement the evidence it had reviewed in relation to the bribery charges pointed to “deplorable” conduct that was “at odds” with its ethical culture.
