Plenty to celebrate at SIC during ‘Career and Technical Education Month’

February is recognized nationwide as “Career and Technical Education Month,” and Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg will celebrate the occasion accordingly – as a productive pathway for residents of the area to the good-paying, sustainable jobs of the future.

“This is the perfect time, with the spotlight on Career and Technical Education programs on the national level, for us to highlight the quality CTE programs that we have to offer students locally in southern Illinois,” said Karen Weiss, SIC’s Dean of Career and Technical Education.
