thyssenkrupp awarded contract for reclaimer installation

thyssenkrupp Materials Handling Pty Ltd, TKMH, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract to design, supply, install and commission a new reclaimer for Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal, DBCT, in Northern Queensland.

The machine is due to go into service in July 2013 and is the latest step by TKMH to place its brand into the expanding Queensland coal industry. This machine is the first sold into the Queensland market since the establishment of a TKMH Brisbane office and emphasizes TKMH’s ongoing long term commitment to the region. The machine will be designed in Australia and project managed from TKMH’s Brisbane Office. Local labour will be utilised for installation and commissioning.
