Russian diamond producer Alrosa on Friday reported an 88.3% jump in net profit year-on-year to 36.2 billion roubles ($468.33 million) on revenue of 235.1 billion roubles, a 1.7% year-on-year drop.
The gain came after the sanctions-hit company reported a 77.3% slump in net profit for 2024 after Group of Seven (G7) countries banned direct imports of Russian diamonds.
