Sandvik gets deeper into ITH drilling with dealer agreement with Cubex

Sandvik Mining and Construction has entered into a Dealer Agreement with Canadian-based Cubex to market, distribute and support its underground mining product line including all underground drills, booster/compressor packages, ancillary support components, and water pump systems. Founded in 1972, Cubex is a leading developer and manufacturer of (in-the-hole) ITH drilling products, and this is what attracted Sandvik. The agrrement brings the solutions in ITH drilling, Kari Parvento, President of Underground Mining at Sandvik Mining and Construction, told IM in Tampere this week. (more…)
