A bull in a china shop can be dangerous; this excavator isn’t
Caterpillar (NYSE:CAT), the world’s largest heavy equipment manufacturer, is quickly becoming a YouTube star. In the third in a new series of short films, CAT’s senior demonstrator instructor, Ryan Neal, hops into a 301.7 CR mini excavator and drives into the extremely narrow aisles of a store built by the company to shoot this video.
The room is packed with $40,000 worth of valuable glassware— much of it on loan.
For what it’s worth, Caterpillar was confident enough in the machine and Neal’s impressive skills to film the challenge in a real China shop, but the two it approached turned them down.
