INFOGRAPHIC: locating the world’s minerals and mines

Using Newscientist’s latest infographic and InfoMine’s mine ‘mapper’, one is able to get a nice overview of the types of minerals and mines out there and where they can be found.

Do you know which country holds the largest percentage of global copper? Platinum? Chromium? What about hafnium?
