Possible nationalization and underworld ties: things go from bad to worse at Japan’s top power company
The Atlantic is reporting that Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), Japan’s chief supplier of electricity and the company that runs the Fukushima Daichii nuclear plant, will be nationalized due to the sheer number of liability claims it faces. There are also strong suspicions that TEPCO has underworld ties.
