South Africa’s mining troubles get anime treatment

Taiwanese news animators, Next Media Animation, produced a video showing the unfolding platinum troubles in South Africa.

In mid-August 34 striking platinum miners at the Marikana mine in South Africa were killed by police, and another 78 were injured. Mining unrest is spreading.
