Scottie Resources: Unlocking the Potential of a High-Grade Gold District

Scottie Resources is advancing one of Canada’s most compelling emerging gold development stories in British Columbia’s prolific Golden Triangle. The Company’s 100%-owned Scottie Gold Mine Project combines a high-grade gold resource, strong project economics, existing infrastructure and exceptional district-scale exploration upside, positioning Scottie to create significant shareholder value through both development and discovery.

Unlike many remote exploration projects, the Scottie Gold Mine benefits from year-round road access, nearby hydroelectric power, proximity to the deep-water port at Stewart and an established mining history. These advantages reduce infrastructure requirements and have the potential to lower development costs while accelerating the path toward production.

The Company’s recently completed Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) highlights the strength of the project, outlining a phased Direct-Ship Ore (DSO) development strategy that delivers robust economics. At a base case gold price of US$2,650/oz, the PEA demonstrates an after-tax Net Present Value (5%) of approximately C$386 million, an after-tax Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 57%, and a rapid 1.8-year payback period. Initial capital costs are estimated at approximately C$94 million, underscoring the capital-efficient nature of the project. The study also identifies additional upside through a future toll-milling scenario utilizing existing regional processing infrastructure, offering opportunities to further enhance project economics as resources continue to grow.

While the current economics are compelling, Scottie’s greatest opportunity lies in continued resource expansion. The existing Mineral Resource has been defined across only a small portion of the Company’s extensive land package, leaving significant exploration potential throughout the district. Multiple high-grade discoveries, including the Blueberry Contact Zone, continue to demonstrate exceptional continuity, grade and expansion potential, supporting the view that Scottie controls a much larger mineralizing system capable of hosting substantially more ounces.

To unlock this potential, Scottie is executing the largest exploration campaign in the Company’s history. The fully funded C$26 million 2026 exploration program includes approximately 52,000 metres of drilling, with seven drill rigs operating across the project. The program is designed to expand known deposits, upgrade existing resources into higher-confidence categories and test multiple new targets across the broader property. Supporting technical work, including environmental baseline studies, geotechnical investigations and hydrogeological programs, is advancing in parallel as the Company progresses toward a Feasibility Study expected in 2027.

Scottie is led by an experienced management team and Board with extensive technical, operational and capital markets expertise. The team has consistently advanced the project through exploration success, resource growth and economic studies while maintaining a disciplined approach to capital allocation. Their ability to execute exploration programs, advance engineering and permitting initiatives, and secure funding has positioned Scottie with a clear pathway toward development.

With a robust PEA demonstrating attractive project economics, a fully funded exploration program, significant district-scale growth potential and an experienced leadership team, Scottie Resources offers investors exposure to both near-term development catalysts and long-term discovery upside. As drilling continues to expand the resource base and de-risk the project through feasibility, Scottie is well positioned to emerge as one of British Columbia’s next significant high-grade gold success stories.
