Chile’s state-run copper giant Codelco said on Wednesday that it secured $600 million in climate financing from HSBC to reach its goals of having a 100% renewable energy matrix by 2030.
The funding completes its goals after having received $532 million in financing from Credit Agricole CIB in 2024.
