Russian steelmaker MMK delays decision on Turkish plant restart
MOSCOW-MMK, one of Russia’s largest steel producers, has postponed a decision on the restart of hot-rolled steel production at its Turkish plant because of general market uncertainty, the company said on a conference call on Friday.
The company will consider restarting the MMK Metalurji complex in mid-2019, it added.
