Sebon barred from introducing commodities, derivatives regulation
The initiative taken by the Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) to introduce a law to regulate commodities and derivatives markets has fizzled out for now, as the Ministry of Law and Justice has said the platform used by the securities market regulator to bring in the regulation was not appropriate.
